Shipping policy

The cookie cutters will be dispatched within 4-5 business days of placing your order.

For regular post, it will take 1-5 business days to reach you depending on your location. For regional areas, shipping may take up to 5 business days.

For express post, the parcel will arrive within 1-2 business day, post-dispatched.

We also ship worldwide! Shipping time may very depending on your country. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks postage for international shipping.

Please kindly note we are not responsible for any freight delays.

Please kindly ensure your delivery address is correct. Once order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the cookie cutters are sent to a business address, please ensure you include the business name on the shipping address. Please note that we do not ship to PO box address.
